December 8th, 2004 was a very sad day for all music lovers, everywhere! Some psychotic dumb ass Murdered Dimebag Darrell Abbott...one of the greatest guitarists of all time, a trend setting, cutting edge metal song writer, and from all accounts....the coolest guy you ever knew. Darrell has always been a huge inspiration to me and was a true, one of a kind, bad ass guitarist and songwriter. His life was a gift to this world and the loss of it a huge loss for all of us. Hats off to the police officer who shot the scumbag that killed Darrell and 4 other innocent people who were just having a great time. Our deepest condolences to the families and friends of all the victims of this senseless tragedy. Riff in Peace brother Dime. See you on the other side.
